The estate belongs to the Carocci family since 1648, when the Emperor Ferdinand III bestowed on Sigismondo and Caterino Carocci, and all their descendants, the title of nobility of the Sacred Roman Empire. He also gave them a number of land possessions for saving the sight to the Empress Eleonora of Austria thanks to their ability as surgeons.

Situated at 700 m on the level of the sea, the estate dominates the Castoriana valley. The uncontaminated landscape, the unforgettable panorama makes it the ideal place to spend a holiday where you can enjoy quiet and colourful sorroundings that allow you to rediscover the harmony of nature.

   
   

In the estate the guests will find at their disposal a recreational area which will allow their children to have fun freely.

There is a big common area with a comfortable fireplace for your barbecues.

Beside the walks through the park and a beautiful bath in our swimming pool you can choose between a variety of activities in the area: tennis, football, fishing, tracking, mountain bike, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, canoeing, paragliding, hang gliding, all in a suggestive landscape famous for its special atmosphere.

During their stay our guests will have access to a laundry equipped with washing-machine, washtub, iron and a drawing-board.
